The Romana Agriculture Company (RACO) Is Sudan’s prime leader in farming and Agri-farming Business Established in 1983. RACO Is a subsidiary of Romana Group making it one of the largest companies in the group. Since its establishment, RACO has expanded the area of farms from 360 acres to aver 9800 acres of farming. The company cultivates a variety of food and cash crops including, but not limited to sesame, sorghum, maize, sunflower, and cotton. RACO Future plans is the expansion of both the irrigated and rain-fed sectors, across different regions, and locations, with the aim of reaching 60,000 acres by 2030 on average, in addition to achieving the highest yields output and maximum efficiency.
